Who we are

KIZUNA Inc. (株式会社KIZUNA) is a Japanese travel agency registered with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (東京都知事登録旅行業 第3-7520号), based in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, and operating since 2015. Our staff arrange hotels, coaches, guides, restaurants and sightseeing for travel agencies and travellers from Asia and beyond.

The articles on this site are written by that operations team. They describe the work as we do it: how a group itinerary is built, when coaches sell out, what a hotel allotment really commits you to.

How we write and check articles

• First-hand first. Where an article gives a number from our own work (lead times, typical group sizes, seasonal patterns), it comes from the tours we have arranged.
• Official sources for rules and facts. Visa, tax-free, transport and safety rules are checked against the issuing authority (for example the Japan National Tourism Organization, the Japan Tourism Agency or the operator itself) and linked where useful.
• Writing tools. Some drafts are prepared with the help of AI writing and translation tools. A staff member checks every figure, rule and recommendation before an article is published, and translations are reviewed by a native speaker.
• No supplier prices. We never publish what hotels, coach companies or other suppliers charge us. Prices on this site are final prices for travellers in Japanese yen.
• Our own services. We are a tour operator, and some articles mention what we offer. We say so plainly rather than presenting it as independent advice.

Updates and corrections

Every article shows the date it was published and, when its facts or advice change, the date it was last updated. If you find something wrong or out of date, write to kizuna.wy@gmail.com and we will check it and correct the article.
