What we do for you

Your whole Japan trip, looked after in one place

Ten years of running group and private tours in Japan, turned into tools you can use before you book, while you travel and on the way home.

Before you book

A day-by-day plan in a few minutes

Tell us your dates, cities and what you enjoy. You get a full itinerary you can change day by day and share as one long image. A travel consultant then prices it against real hotel and coach availability and contacts you within 24 hours.

  • Swap any sight, meal or transport on any day
  • Need only a hotel, a car or tickets? Ask for just that
  • Nothing is booked until you accept our quote

Ideas

31,000+ attractions, in your language

Our attraction guide covers temples, gardens, castles, museums, onsen towns and viewpoints across Japan, with photos and, where we have them, opening hours, closed days, entry fees and how long to allow. Every page is written in 17 languages.

  • Free to browse, no sign-up
  • Photos from open-licence collections
  • Best season and wheelchair access noted where known

Before departure your group gets a travel handbook link to share in your group chat. It opens on any phone in 7 languages, with no app to install and no login.

  • Emergency card with 110, 119 and the 24-hour visitor hotline
  • Tonight's hotel name and address in Japanese, ready to show a taxi driver
  • Help phrases in Japanese with your own language underneath
  • The day-by-day itinerary, tax-free shopping steps and local tips

Included with the group tours we operate. Your travel agency or guide sends you the link.

Food and health

Tell us once about allergies and diets

Let us know about allergies such as egg, wheat, buckwheat or shellfish, about halal, vegetarian or no raw food, or about a wheelchair or a front seat on the coach. Tell us in the handbook or through your travel agency. Our staff check each note, then tell every restaurant, hotel and coach company on your trip what to prepare.

  • Kitchens know before you sit down
  • Suppliers receive head counts only, never your name
  • Health details stay with our staff

Getting around

Coaches, private cars and drivers

From an airport transfer to a full day with a driver, we arrange vehicles sized to your group and plan each day around the legal limits on driving hours, so the schedule holds.

  • Airport transfers and day charters
  • Private tours built around your group
  • A car on its own, without a full package

Before you fly

Know the rules before you land

Our pre-trip guide covers Visit Japan Web, IC cards, etiquette, the weather and emergency numbers, and links each one to its official source. It already explains Japan's new tax-free refund system, which starts on 1 November 2026.

  • Checked against official sources
  • The tax-free change explained step by step
  • Emergency numbers you can tap to call

Any time

Ask a question at three in the morning

Our travel assistant answers questions about Japan in your language, day and night: what to pack, how to get in from the airport, where the autumn leaves are best this week. When you are ready to book, our team prepares the quote.

  • Answers in your language
  • Facts taken from our own travel data, not guessed
  • Move on to a quote when you are ready
