KIZUNA opens an account for each agency. There is no self sign-up on the website.

Contact KIZUNA on Zalo
Send your company name and the person in charge. We introduce the platform and send the partnership contract.

Send your documents
Send the documents in the list alongside by Zalo or email.

Sign the partnership contract
Both sides sign. Trial and partnership terms are set out in the contract.

KIZUNA checks your licence
We check your company's travel business licence.

Receive your account and sign in
KIZUNA sends your agent code and access token privately on Zalo. Sign in at splendor-star.co.jp/partner/login and choose Vietnamese.
Why the check? So that only licensed travel companies can book services, which protects you and your travellers.

Agencies that have signed the contract and passed the licence check use the platform free of charge for the first 3 months.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Any browser on a computer or phone will do.
Where do I see prices?
KIZUNA quotes each order separately, by travel dates, group size and requirements. The quote is in the partner portal and can be downloaded as a PDF.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against the accepted quote. The portal has no online payment yet.
What if I forget or leak my token?
Message KIZUNA on Zalo. We issue a new token and the old one stops working.
Can several staff members use it?
For now each agency has one agent code and one token. Keep the token inside your company, like a password.
Who do I contact for help?
Message KIZUNA on Zalo. We answer in Vietnamese.
Is the portal in Vietnamese?
Yes. The partner portal is in Vietnamese and 16 other languages; switch at the top of the screen. Quote PDFs follow the language you choose.
