KIZUNA Inc. (株式会社KIZUNA, "we") handles personal information in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and related laws, as described below.

2. Information we collect
- Quotation and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the trip you want (destinations, dates, party size, budget, arrival and departure airports, interests) and your message
- Travel agency partner registration form: company name, contact person, email address, phone number, country or region, and password
- Traveller details page (after booking): each traveller's full name, passport number, date of birth, gender, nationality, phone number, room allocation and notes
- AI chat and AI planner: the text and preferences you enter. Chat history is stored in your own browser (local storage).
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and a cookie that remembers your language (NEXT_LOCALE)
3. Purposes of use
- Answering your enquiries and quotation requests and contacting you about them
- Arranging the accommodation, transport, sightseeing and other services for a trip you book, and contacting you during the trip or in an emergency
- Managing travel agency partner accounts and contacting partners
- Generating AI itinerary plans
- Operating the Service safely: preventing abuse, rate limiting and detecting faults
4. Provision to third parties
Except where the law allows, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. To arrange a trip you book, we provide traveller details to hotels, transport operators, attractions and other suppliers, limited to what they need to provide their service.
5. Outside services we use
- To generate AI chat and planner replies, what you type is sent to an external AI model provider. Before it is sent, email addresses, phone numbers, passport numbers and similar identifiers are automatically replaced with placeholders. The name and contact details from the quotation form are not sent to the AI.
- We use an error-monitoring service to detect faults. Error reports can contain technical information such as IP address, browser details and the page requested. Booking-page access tokens and cookies are removed before a report is sent.
6. Security
We take necessary and appropriate measures, including access control, to prevent unauthorised access to or leakage of personal information. The traveller details page can only be opened through a hard-to-guess link issued for each booking, and passport numbers are partly masked on screen.
7. Requests regarding your data
You or your representative may ask us to notify you of the purposes of use, disclose, correct, add to or delete, stop using or erase, or stop providing to third parties the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at the address below; we will verify your identity and respond as the law requires.
8. Cookies and browser storage
This site uses a cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language. AI chat history is kept in your browser and is removed when you clear your browser data.
9. Changes
We may revise this policy when the information we collect or how we use it changes. The revised policy applies from the time it is published on this page.
