2. What the Service does
The Service provides information about travel in Japan, AI-generated itinerary plans, a way to request quotations and send enquiries, and a page for submitting traveller details for a trip you have booked with us.
3. AI plans and price indications
Itineraries, ranges and suggestions produced by the AI are for reference only. They are not a quotation from us and not an offer or acceptance of a travel contract. Opening hours, prices and availability change, and we do not guarantee that AI output is accurate or complete.
4. Travel contracts and trading conditions
A travel contract is formed when we have confirmed the quotation, issued the written trading conditions required by the Travel Agency Act (旅行条件書), and you and we have agreed to them.
For each trip, the price, cancellation fees and change conditions set out in the written trading conditions issued for that trip prevail over these terms.
5. Personal information
Personal information collected through the Service is handled under our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Entering false information
- Impersonating another person, or entering another person's details without their permission
- Interfering with the Service, unauthorised access, or excessive automated access
- Anything that breaks the law or public order
7. Intellectual property
Rights in the text, images and design of the Service belong to us or their rightful owners. Do not copy or reuse them beyond private use without permission.
8. Changes and interruptions
We may change or suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, faults or other unavoidable reasons.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Revised terms apply from the time they are published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
